Sehr gutes Essen zu günstigen Preisen. Es ist jedes Mal eine Freude dort zu essen. Einziges "Manko": es kommt öfter mal vor, das Speisen ausverkauft sind. Wird aber nicht negativ bewertet, da es dafür immer frisch und hochwertig ist.

Es verschlägt mich/uns immer wieder hierher. Wenn es einer kann dann Matthias. Fangfrischer Fisch=Matthias Zartes Filet=Matthias Grillabende=Matthias Beste Schnitzel=Matthias Es ist nicht übertrieben, dieses Restaurant in allen Höhen zu bewerten. Von außen unscheinbar über eine steile Treppe zu erreichen. Man gelangt auf eine wunderbare Terrasse mit Aussicht aufs Meer. Der erstklassige Service ist großartig. Die Speisen großartig und sind jeden Taler und mehr wert. Vorbestellungen für Fisch, Fleisch, Paella, möglich. Nicht abschrecken lassen vom Umfeld. Und NEIN. Ich bin keine Verwandtschaft oder bestochen. Gebe hier, wie bei allen Bewertungen, meine persönlichen Erfahrungen wieder.

Ich habe mittlerweile hier viel von gehört... lecker, nett, ruhiges Ambiente, große Portionen. Heute zum ersten Mal spontan da gewesen. Es ist wirklich mega lecker und die Portion war sehr ausreichend. Sehr freundlich das Team! Gerne wieder!! Sehr zu empfehlen 5

Moin, ich bin wie jedes Jahr auch im Januar 2024 wieder 4 Wochen auf Fuerteventura. Ich habe von einer deutschen Auswanderin den Tip bekommen im Restaurant Matorral bei Matthias Stolte essen zu gehen. Beim ersten Besuch hatte ich ein Schnitzel mit Salat und Pommes mit Pfeffersosse. Und es hat echt lecker geschmeckt. Gestern hatte ich due scharfe Muschelpfanne. Da waren reichlich Muscheln drin und es hat wirklich sehr gut geschmeckt. Am Nachbartisch hatte man Schweinebäckchen in Rotwein-Sauce. Das hat wohl auch sehr gut geschmeckt. Dazu kommt, dass die Mitarbeiter aufmerksam und sehr freundlich sind. Und man sitzt sehr schön an einem Pool (von Apartments Matorral) mit „entferntem“ Meerblick. Was will man mehr? Ach ja - und die Preise sind auch noch in Ordnung. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder. Und die Seezunge war super lecker. Vorher gab es einen leckeren Salat und Brot mit Aioli. Und die Mitarbeiter waren auch wieder aufmerksam und freundlich. Was will man mehr? Ich komme gerne wueder. Gestern gab es Kohlrouladen mit Salzkartoffeln und sehr leckerer Soße. Die Kohlrouladen klasse und die Sosse zum reinlegen lecker. Vorher gab es Brot mit lecker Aioli. We have been once and going again. Very pleasant waiters, food excellent big portions so beware. Ambiance is great only downfall is the steps to Restaurant. Menu is in German but they have a specials menu in English. Highly recommend
